Our Pastor

In 2010, God directed Pastor Todd Falk and his family to start Fishers Baptist Church in his home state of Indiana.  Pastor Falk accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior over 40 years ago at the Indiana State Fair. 

After serving in the United States Army for nine years, Pastor Falk responded to the Divine call of full-time Christian service.  He resigned his commission as an active Army officer and began studying for the ministry at Ambassador Baptist College in Lattimore, North Carolina. After receiving his Masters of Biblical Studies, he then spent the next 9 years serving as senior pastor in upstate New York.

Pastor Falk has a passion for teaching leadership to our nation’s military officers. He has been an instructor for the US Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) and has also mentored our future junior officers in ROTC programs in New York and Indiana. His two combat tours in Iraq and a tour in war-torn Bosnia, as well as spending time in Europe, has inspired a deep passion for worldwide missions.

​His compassion for the lost and his strong desire that God's people walk in the truth of God's Word is a hallmark of his ministry. Pastor Falk and Carlene have been happily married since 1989 and God has blessed them with eight wonderful children and three grandchildren.
